Mechanical Engineering Bengkulu University

The Mechanical Engineering Study Programme was established based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education Number 2286/D/T/2003 dated September 5th, 2003.

Competency – Based Curriculum based on the National Qualifications Framework (henceforth KKNI – Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia) stipulates an Outcome – Based Education (henceforth OBE) in various educational practices that are applied to students of the Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering Study Programme to gain knowledge and technology in the fields of energy conversion engineering, materials, construction and design, and production processes. The OBE achievements are strengthened by the implementation of the Independent Learning – Independent Campus (henceforth MBKM – Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) as the implementation of the independent campus program established by the in 2021.Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.

There are 16 lecturers of the Mechanical Engineering Study Program at Bengkulu University, consisting of four (4) Doctors and 12 Masters. Five lecturers are continuing their doctoral education at home and abroad.
