<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The learning objectives of the Bachelor in Informatics Study Programme graduates are:
a) To produce graduates who can follow the development of computer science in particular and science and technology in general, are able to work and compete in the national and international job market, and are able to continue studying to a higher education level.
b) To increase the contribution of the Study Programme in the quality of human resources, environmental conservation, science and technology development, and education.
c) To improve the quality of education and computer science research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every student should have achieved the following outcomes when they graduate:
1) An ability to apply knowledge of computation and mathematics related to computer science.
2) An ability to analyse a problem and identify and define the computing requirements related to its solution.
3) An ability to design, implement, and evaluate a computer-based system, process, components, or programme to meet desired needs.
4) An ability to function effectively in teams to accomplish a common goal.
5) An understanding of professionalism, ethics, legality, security, social issues, and responsibility.
6) An ability to communicate effectively.
7) An ability to analyse the local and global impact of computing on individuals, organisations, and society.
8) An ability to engage in continuing professional development.
9) An ability to use current techniques, skills, and tools necessary in computation.
10) An ability to apply mathematical foundations, algorithmic principles, and computer science theory in the modelling and design of computer-based systems that demonstrate comprehension of the tradeoffs involved in design choices.
11) An ability to apply design and development principles in the construction of software systems with various complexities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
