The name of the PA lecturer and concentration is selected through the dropdown menu.<\/li><li>The grades column is filled with the best grades in the course in the cells highlighted in blue.<\/li><li>Course settings and grades for elective courses are adjusted via the Electives tab.<\/li><li>The form is printed on A4 paper and signed by the academic supervisor.<\/li><li>Note: Using Microsoft Office 2013 and above is recommended.
