Instructions for Use Electronic form:
- This form is intended for students of the 2015-2020 Electrical Engineering Study Program
- Students fill in the NPM in the specified cell, the student’s name will automatically appear in the name column. The name of the PA lecturer and concentration is selected through the dropdown menu.
- The grades column is filled with the best grades in the course in the cells highlighted in blue.
- Course settings and grades for elective courses are adjusted via the Electives tab.
- The form is printed on A4 paper and signed by the academic supervisor.
- Note: Using Microsoft Office 2013 and above is recommended. When first opened, select Enable Editing and Enable Macros to be able to run the form perfectly.
