Electrical Engineering Student Champion in PIM UNIB 2019

Bengkulu University Electrical Engineering students again made achievements. The achievement this time was from Electrical Engineering Students Class of 2019. Several teams of electrical engineering students class of 2019 came out as the General Champion of PIM UNIB 2019. This activity was held in the Main Meeting Room of the Unib Rectorate on November 8 2019 which was organized by UPT PKM in collaboration with BEM UNIB. PIM UNIB is a prestigious event to grow, accommodate, and realize students’ creative and innovative ideas in the University Level Student Creativity Program (PKM).

PKM has an impact on increasing student achievement. This PKM was developed to lead students to reach a level of enlightenment of creativity and innovation based on science and technology. Participants in the 2019 UNIB PIM activities came from several Faculties, Departments and Study Programs within Bengkulu University.

Student Creativity Week (PKM) is known for several types of activities offered in PKM, namely PKM-Research (PKM-P), PKM-Entrepreneurship (PKM-K), PKM-Community Service (PKM-M), PKM-Technology Application ( PKM-T) and PKM-Scientific Writing (PKM-I), PKM-Karsa Cipta (PKM-KC), PKM-Scientific Articles (PKM-AI), PKM-Written Ideas (PKM-GT), PKM-Constructive Futuristic Ideas (PKM-GFK).

Electrical Engineering students take part in several types of activities offered in PKM, namely PKM-Entrepreneurship (PKM-K), PKM-Community Service (PKM-M), PKM-Karsa Cipta (PKM-KC), and PKM-Technology Application (PKM) -T). The UNIB Electrical Engineering Student Team fielded several teams spread over several types of activities, namely 6 teams of PKM-T, 1 team of PKM-K, 1 team of PKM-T and 1 team of PKM-KC. From these several types of activities the electrical engineering student team came out as champions for the best presentation, the best team and the best poster.

Head of the Electrical Engineering Study Program Mr. M.Khairul Amri Rosa appreciated the achievements made by the electrical engineering students class of 2019. Hopefully their achievements can continue at PIMNAS 2020 as has been done by the previous student team at PIMNAS 28 of 2015 at Halu Oleo University, Kendari , Southeast Sulawesi .
