The Energy Conversion Laboratory is a laboratory that focuses on the practice of courses related to the conversion technique of an energy which is then converted into electrical energy, as well as practicing how the converted electrical energy can be stabilized or controlled so that the electrical energy can be used according to its function. In the Energy Conversion Laboratory there are 3 practicum subjects, namely:
Electrical Energy Conversion
It is a practicum subject that studies a practical concept in converting various energy sources such as mechanical energy, heat energy, and light energy to be converted into electrical energy that can be stored or used directly.
Electrical Machines
It is a practicum subject that studies the concepts of applying various types of electric motors and generators in order to be able to analyze and compare and see the linearity between theory and practice directly in the laboratory.
Power Electronics
It is a practical subject that learns about the concepts of electric power so that it can be analyzed, changed, controlled, and stabilized using electronic components. With the power analysis carried out, it is hoped that students can understand the application of electrical power manipulation in order to maximize its function on several electronic devices.
Practicum Implementation Schedule
